We offer different management packages depending on the needs of our landlords. Our fees correspond to a percentage that is applied monthly on the fixed rental price.
- 3% + VAT: DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT (WITHOUT RENTAL GUARANTEE)
- 5% + VAT: RENTAL GUARANTEE (WITHOUT DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT)
- 6.5% + VAT: MANAGEMENT+RENT GUARANTEE
Tenant search by Renta Garantizada: one month's rent + VAT.
All expenses necessary to obtain income are deductible, as well as the amounts allocated to the depreciation of the property and the other assets transferred with it, as long as they correspond to its effective depreciation. Among others, they can be mentioned: interest and financing expenses, conservation and repair expenses (not extensions or improvements), non-state taxes and surcharges (IBI, Garbage Tax...), insurance contracts, legal defense or the amortization of the property.
Therefore, our fees, both management and marketing, are fully deductible in the personal income tax return.
